This annual event is in support of bringing attention and funding to Colorectal Cancer. The organizer of The Grind, Ellen Walker-Matthews is a close friend of Finley founder, Donna Finley. Donna has been honoured to support Ellen since the event’s inception. Th event is in memory of Ellen’s son, Christopher Walker, who died at the age of 29 of colon cancer. The Grind is an amazing example of a community coming together to raise awareness about such an important topic.
