Last week was our second of three strategic planning sessions with the Foothills Nordic Ski Club Board & staff. The Club has over 900 members, ranging from beginner to Masters level skiers. The organization has experienced significant growth over the past few years and had a desire to evolve its Governance and Business Model to position its Members and community for a sustainable future.

This is the second Nordic Ski Club our Finley Team has worked with over the past year, the first one being Sovereign Lake Nordic Club in Vernon, British Columbia.
