Rebecca specializes in governance, strategic planning and next – generation leadership development. She has a fresh and energetic facilitation style that focuses on co-creating strategy through high stakeholder engagement and capacity building.

Rebecca has worked with dozens of Boards and senior management teams in the private, high-net-worth family enterprise, not-for-profit and public sectors across Canada. Her sector experience includes agri-business, real estate, social enterprise, performing arts, post-secondary and social services.

Rebecca’s hands-on governance experience includes serving on the Board of the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as in the role of Board Chair for Next Gen Men (NGM), and currently Advisory Board Chair of Luniko Technologies, a Calgary-based technology company specializing in business intelligence synthesis into dynamic dashboard and expanding its capabilities deploying AI.

In March 2024, Rebecca completed the Institute of Corporate Directors & Rotman School of Managements – Directors Education Program, attaining the prestigious ICD.D designation.

An accomplished speaker, Rebecca was a guest lecturer at the Drucker School of Management (Claremont, California) and the Haskayne School of Business (Calgary, Alberta) for Executive MBAs. Rebecca regularly lectures on Governance, and her workshops have welcomed participants from across Canada, Spain, and New Zealand. In addition to lecturing, Rebecca has emceed several High Net Worth & Family Office Conferences (Vancouver and Calgary) and led several engaging panels featuring the voices of the Next Generation.
