Finley leads Strategic Planning at Imperial Oil

It was a pleasure to facilitate a Strategic Planning Retreat for James Kusie (Vice President Public and Government Affairs) and his team at Imperial Oil. Donna Finley and Jan Burwell supported Rebecca Finley-Schidlowsky for the day as they worked with Imperial’s Department of Public & Government Affairs. The day focused on building capacity and alignment across the team, while working together to update the Department’s strategies and metrics. It was our first time working with Imperial and we had a blast!
