Client Success: New Ways to Work During a Pandemic

We would like to thank our wonderful client Alberta Milk for embracing change during the COVID pandemic. Originally scheduled for an in-person 2-day strategic planning retreat, COVID forced many organizations to postpone or stall their processes. Congratulations to the Alberta Milk Board for flexibility in moving to an online series of shorter planning sessions. After two months, they created a new strategic plan and related governance structure. We are thrilled to continue working alongside AB Milk’s Board during its time of transformation.
